The Charleston Dancers have been practicing very hard for the Gangsters & Molls party on April 17th. This show is a must see! Remember tickets are on sale now and are very reasonably priced at £5.00. This includes a buffet and a disco. The hall will have a very 1920′s feel to it with the decorations. Also we have [...] We are organising our annual weekend trip away. Please put your name down on the notice board if you want to come. We will leave Leicester at about 9am on Friday 20th August and return sometime on the Sunday afternoon. Please write on the sheet where you would like to go. The place with the most votes wins. Cost [...] Easter Grand Bingo is on the 10th April and there is sure to be big prizes on the night. The bingo tickets will cost £5 to boost the prize fund for the evening. Crazy bingo will also cost £5 which means there will be quite a big payout for the lucky member who wins. There will be the [...] The Gangsters and Molls party could be the last party that the Deaf club host in the Action Deafness building. The tickets are on sale now at only £5 each. Bargain! There is food included in the price and the Disco is booked. There is a rumour that some of the Ladies club are practicing a special themed [...] The Bingo snowball was won on Saturday night. The winner did not want her picture shown. The snowball was £220.00 added to the £55 for a full house. Well done to that person. It really was her lucky night as she also won on the crazy bingo. Very nice!!!!! Ok the vote is finished. Is the Deaf Club membership good value for money? 14% of you thought Fantastic. 36% of you said Too Expensive. Nobody said Far too cheap. 29% said About right. 21% said Rip off. We know the increase was a big jump from £5 to £10. There has not been an increase in prices for a long time.
